My wife and I highly recommend Dan and Cori for a variety of reasons. We started off the selling process with another Realtor who we had worked with in the past including purchasing two homes. Unfortunately, things started off very rocky and we were left with a lot of questions regarding the selling process. To make matters worse we were on a time crunch and had to sell ASAP, but we didn’t want to take a hit in the price. Our old Realtor just wasn’t working out and after a month with nothing (no tours, walk throughs, inquires or even an online viewing) but our old Realtor telling us we need to lower our price substantially, we decided to search for someone else. After searching reviews and recommendations we found Dan. I met with Dan face to face and he came prepared. He provided me with a detailed list of all comparable homes, some non-comparable homes and a market overview to explain how the current real estate market was going and how it would go for us. He also provided a very honest assessment of our home and the type of buyer we were looking for. I was more than pleased. In the first meeting with Dan he answered all of my questions and concerns that had taken me a month with my old Realtor. Within the first week we had some tours and a lot of activity online. Within the first few weeks we had a couple offers. Some were not worth spending time on and others were. Dan helped us to differentiate between these. After some negotiations back and forth with the other Realtor we sold our house! It was a very easy process with Dan and Cori and they were always in contact with us. I could not have asked for a better experience than what they gave us.
