In 2014 I tried to sell my property in Charlotte’s Sardis Woods, but the whole experience was disappointing. The realtor was not interested in our older property, and after six months we parted ways. My wife and I waited more than 18 months to try again. While living in Sardis Woods, I had heard of Dan Callahan; he had sold a number of properties in the development. Now, I wish I had asked Dan and his associate Cori with RE/MAX to take on the effort to sell our house back in 2014. He made recommendations about a number of ways to upgrade within my budget which was quite modest. Frankly, I think our house was sold within a two-week period. We are still amazed. We were kept well-informed via phone or email frequently. Our whole experience was excellent. If I ever return to Charlotte and am in the market for a house, I will definitely call on Dan. (A further note: my wife and I live 800 miles away from Charlotte; long-distance dealing with the house had been a nightmare before Dan took over the sale. This is another reason for our gratitude for Dan and Cori who made the long-distance sale as simple as using a computer.
