My wife and I were skeptical that our house would sell very quickly due to the time of year (around the holidays) that we were putting it on the market. Dan came over and did an initial look at the house and told us exactly what we needed to do to get it ready. He also brought a list of comps in the area, what the had been selling for, and knew what price we should list the house for. Not only that, but he provided us contact information to assist with some flooring and other work that needed to be addressed around the house so I didn’t have to worry about finding anyone on my own and worrying about if they were going to be able to do the work and back it up. We took our time and made sure that we did everything that Dan suggested to the house and once we listed, we had four offers in 72 hours! Through the rest of the time Dan checked in with us frequently, offered advice, and helped to guide us through anything that need to happen (inspection, appraisals, walk through, etc). Cori and Dan are an exceptional team and I highly recommend them to anyone. The epitome of professionalism and courtesy which is a rare thing to find.
