Highly recommend. I worked with Dan to sell a home in Sardis Woods. Prior to listing, Dan toured the home 3 different times to give me feedback on what needed to be done inside and out. This was all in good faith with no formal contract or agreement in place. Once ready, Dan quickly engaged with professional pictures and listed in less than 24 hrs. With his guidance prior, we were able to list for $10k more than we originally thought. We had over 12 showings booked in 8 hours. Within 24 hrs we received multiple offers and were able to ask for a best and final within 48 hrs. of listing. The agreed to offer was above asking. Throughout the due diligence process Dan was actively engaged and communicated with me regularly. I travel frequently, and Dan was happy to take on all the details for me. The buyers agent was somewhat challenging, but Dan shielded me from all that, pushing back, and making sure all the documents were in order and correct before having me sign (what a relief trusting that I didn’t have to review every single word).
