Dan just helped me sell my home and it couldn’t have gone any easier. Even before I considered selling the home I asked Dan to visit me at the home and give some honest feedback that if I did sell, what were some of the things we needed to get in shape. Dan was very accommodating with his schedule and gave some really good feedback on items we needed to touch up and get in shape if I were to sell. All of this without any guarantee that I would be calling him back again. A year plus later I called Dan to sell the home. He set a timeline to get some final things done and followed-up each time. The house went on the market much sooner than I anticipated. I had an initial offer that was much lower than I wanted and Dan helped guide my decisions to wait it out. Within the month the house was sold at the price I wanted. Dan interacted on our behalf with insurance agents, contractors and others that I had a difficult time it. It was great to work with Dan and I highly recommend him to others!
