Dan and Cori were both an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the start, were I was provided with straightforward advise on what to address to enhance the property, to guidance on listing price and then the negotiation during closing. The feedback on the showings, and where I stood during the entire process was outstanding, and I never felt “left in the dark”. The property sold quickly, at a price higher than I expected. I attribute this to Dan knowing exactly what type of client would be interested in the house. This allowed me to prepare the home knowing exactly who to aim for. Cori and Dan were also both spot on with the pricing. If only all agents were like this.
