Dan and Cori did an outstanding job to sell my home. They produced great photos and a video walk through. Advertised on popular internet sites and publications, created a feedback site to my e-mail so I could see how many hits they received from the internet sites, and any listing changes in my neighborhood. They called me every other week to let me know how things where going with my home, and since I had moved over 2000 miles away they regularly would stop by my home to check on it and kept me informed of any thing needing to be addressed. Also occasionally they swept up the house at their own expense and time. They provided e-mail notifications of scheduled showings and feedback from the showings as well. Did I mention the GREAT photo work, a picture says a thousand words. I wish I had more homes for them to sell for me. I miss doing business with them already. In one word I would say they were AWESOME to work with.
