Dan was super patient with us as we searched. We looked at a ton of places, and he would always ask questions to make sure he was on top of what we were looking for, and give us feedback when he knew something specific wasn’t right, or if he thought he could find us something more like what we really wanted. Thanks to Dan we didn’t have to settle. Once we had an offer accepted on the place we wanted he worked very hard to get us the price he thought was fair.
