I couldn’t recommend Dan & Cori enough! I found Dan on Zillow when starting my (first) home purchase, and saw his excellent reviews. I contacted him and almost immediately got a call back. He was SO easy to work with, and he put up with taking us to some pretty terrible houses (until I came to the realization that I would have to increase my purchase price). In every house he pointed out the pros and cons, average home price in each neighborhood, average cost for various repairs, things to keep in mind with the layout, yard, etc. which was important because I was focusing on the wrong things at first. And when Dan wasn’t available, Cori was right there – they never missed a beat.
Finally we found the home we really wanted and I felt so comfortable and confident that Dan would work things out in our favor, and sure enough, we got more than we expected in the end! I would fully recommend Dan and Cori; I’ll be keeping them in mind if we decide to sell the house, when we buy another house, or if anyone asks for a good realtor.
