One of the great features that Dan and Cori offer is they have a virtual video tour of your home. We really appreciated the time and effort that they put into making our house as marketable as possible. On the purchasing end we had a similar, positive experience. Dan was always available to meet us at a showing and never rushed us as we looked at potential houses. When we finally decided to make an offer Dan was responsive and thoughtful. He has over 20 years of experience selling real estate in Charlotte and this experience paid dividends during the buying process. He knew what to offer and where to pressure the sellers to get them to come down to our offer, and we were able to come in well below the seller’s asking price. Our home inspector knew Dan’s reputation and called him a bulldog that will fight for his clients, and we agree with his sentiment wholeheartedly.
