I really cannot say enough good about Dan and Cori! My experience with them in the selling of my house was great even though the situation overall and reasons for selling the house was not. Dan was very prepared and on the ball from our very first meeting all the way through the sale. Dan and Cori both are very knowledgeable of the Real Estate market/conditions in the Charlotte metro area and in knowing what needs to be done to get your house sold. But what I truly appreciated the most was how Dan Cori treated me not just in a professional and courteous manner, but as a person. My situation was not a good one and they both truly cared and helped me through it. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and Cori to anyone and if I were to return to the Charlotte area again in the future and want to purchase a home, they would not just be the first team I would call, but the only team!!
