Dan was essential to the sale of our home. As we have already relocated to a new town, selling our property from three hours away was a daunting task. Dan facilitated the entire process for us from a detailed list and photos of items that needed repair, meeting with contractors to ensure the work was completed properly, beautiful photos and video for internet marketing, having the ability to virtually sign, etc. Dan was available to answer questions and updated us as soon as new information presented itself. We had tenuous negotiations at times, but Dan handled it professionally and helped us get the most out of our property. It was nice to finally meet Dan on the day of the closing and thank him for his superior work.
