Dan knows what is needed to sell a house and sell it quickly. Didn’t sugar coat anything. Suggested what needed to be updated or repaired and what didn’t. I especially liked the fact that he agreed with me that an open house was not needed. I have already recommended Dan to co-workers who are getting ready to move.
