We bought a short sale. If you have ever dealt with a short sale, you know the process is anything but SHORT. After helping us quickly sell our condo, Dan helped us find our new home. We were novices in the real estate market and had no idea what was involved in a short sale, what we should offer, what to expect, etc. By the time we reached the buying process, we were completely confident with Dan’s advice and trusted him to have our best interest in mind. Dan and his partner Cori turned what could have been a very stressful and frustrating process into a great experience for us that made us feel completely confident in our purchase and the price and we love our new home. It was clear they were not just interested in “selling us” and making a dollar. They care about what they do and stand behind their work. We were what you could call “high maintenance” because we were all over the place in what we were looking for – condo?, townhouse?, house? The only thing we were sure of was the general location and we were afraid to make the wrong move. It was really nice to have someone in our corner that we trusted and felt could help direct us to make the best decision for us. We were divided between two properties and didn’t know what to do. Our discussions with Dan and Cori weighed heavy on our thought process and we are extremely happy with our decision and feel that we have to have had the best short sale buying experience we could have possibly had because of them. When they were done with us, we felt we were extremely informed and knew exactly what to expect. We were not hit with any surprises at closing or having to do any last minute scrambling because they made sure of it.
