This is the 2nd time I’ve used Dan and Cori and didn’t think that their service could get any better. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for when approached them the 2nd time and we literally looked at 50+ houses in multiple areas. Dan and Cori’s research for each house was amazing. They always showed up prepared for each individual house even though they knew it wasn’t going to be the “one”.
There was a time when I got frustrated with looking and just wanted to “buy” a house and get it over with. Dan and Cori both talked me off the ledge of 2 houses I wanted to put an offer on and they told me to just be patient as they didn’t feel that they were the houses for me. It was very refreshing to hear that they weren’t just a transactional sales team looking to get their commission. They wanted me to find the perfect house for me and my kids. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, honesty and integrity when it comes to buying or selling a house.
I would challenge their service, awareness of Charlotte and surrounding areas, professionalism, real estate knowledge and importantly understanding their customers to any other agents in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
