We had a great experience with Dan from the selling of our old house to the purchase of our new one. Dan met with us a year in advance to plan the sell of our house which in turn helped get the highest price point for that type house in the neighborhood. He also helped us by our first house 7 years ago, so we have been with Dan for a long time for a reason. Dan did a great job purchasing our new house and negotiated a great deal. One other great thing about Dan and Cori is that they have a great support system from finance to the closing process to make sure you have a good buying experience. He flat out gets it done!!!!
