We had a condo for sale for over 6 months with very little activity. I mentioned this to one of my co-workers and she immediately gave me Dan’s name and number. She spoke so highly of Dan and Cori we figured, why not, let’s try it. Oh my goodness! We met with Dan to initiate the Sales Contract. We knew immediately after meeting with Dan that this was going to be a good opportunity for us. Dan and Cori used the best marketing tools we have ever seen. From the video, to the virtual tours, the presentation of the condo, the weekly updates of the virtual tour viewing reports, the auto-email showing notifications together with a telephone call alerting to showing, and the auto-email showing results, so professional! They both kept in touch with us about every detail we needed to know. Our condo has sold, Dan directed us on issues we asked his advice on and always had our best interest out front. We are so thankful to have met Dan and worked with him and Cori to a very successful closing. They are absolutely the best!
