Daniel is not only knowledgeable about local real estate trends, but he has an eye for detail and knows exactly which upgrades buyers will appreciate. Thanks to his recommended improvements we were able to sell our house for much more than we initially thought. A big factor in our quick sell (less than 2 weeks) was the beautiful pictures that Cori took. She did an outstanding job with the pictures; so much so that my mother-in-law didn’t believe the pictures were of our house.
